　　【摘要】 目的 探討如何形成效果肯定、外觀自然的重瞼線。方法 以自然生理結(jié)構(gòu)為指導(dǎo)，于內(nèi)眥韌帶上緣的眼瞼切線方向進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。結(jié)果 自2000年1月～2004年12月，對(duì)52例104眼單瞼患者行該組切開法重瞼術(shù)，術(shù)后獲良好效果，滿意率為92%。結(jié)論 以人體生理結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)眥韌帶為依據(jù)的切開法重瞼術(shù)，效果肯定，外形自然，有臨床應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

　　A new design for double eyelid operation
　
　　【Abstract】 Objective To make the double eyelid line more naturally and more stably.Methods The operation incision were made above the medial canthus ligments at the targent line of the eyelid according to the every cases physical instruction.Results From the Januarty of 2000 to the December of 2004,all among the 52 cases 104 eyes who accepted above design for incising double eyelid have got the 92% satisfy results.Conclusion The design of the double eyelid operation according to the medial canthus ligment has its clinical applied value.

　　東方民族人種多為單眼皮，并以雙眼皮為美。在我國單瞼欲手術(shù)形成重瞼者，大多數(shù)不希望別人看出其術(shù)前術(shù)后有明顯的變化，即外觀自然美觀。此類手術(shù)中埋線法早期自然，但術(shù)后易平復(fù)消失；一般的切開法效果持久，但早期有過寬的表現(xiàn)［1，2］。因此筆者為形成鞏固并自然的重瞼線，依照受術(shù)者自然生理結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)切開法重瞼線，成功率高，取得十分滿意的效果，現(xiàn)總結(jié)資料如下。
